The timeline starts once the agreement is signed and payment is received, and depends on timely feedback and approvals.

If you decide to move forward after your strategy call, we confirm the scope, sign the agreement and arrange payment.
Week 1
Social media strategy
We complete the brief together on a call, or you can fill it out in your own time. We research your business, audience and competitors, then build a strategy for the next 6–12 months for your review and approval.
Week 2
Monthly content plan
You receive your first month’s content calendar, with detailed scripts and a clear outline of what we’ll film. We finalise the plan with your feedback before production begins.
Weeks 3–4
Production and publishing
We film, edit and prepare your first content for review. Once you approve it, we begin publishing, typically at the start of the fourth week.
Ongoing
Production, analytics and optimisation
Each month, we plan, produce and publish your content, then report on views, community growth and leads where trackable. We use the results to improve the next month’s plan.

Can we start with a one-off project?
Yes. We offer one-off branding and video projects. For social media management and Meta ads, we offer monthly packages with a minimum commitment of one month.
How much will it cost?
Our monthly packages for social media management range from €750 to €1,500, excluding advertising spend, influencer fees and other third-party costs. Our brand identity package is €2,400. Video projects are quoted individually.
How does content production work?
We handle everything from ideas to filming, editing, design and publishing, organising production around your team and location.
How soon can we expect results from SMM?
You may see early improvements in reach, engagement and ad performance within the first month. We recommend at least three months to test content and ads, gather data and assess what’s working for your business.
Can you create content in our language?
We work natively in Romanian, Russian and English, and can also support German-language projects.
What if we’re not sure exactly what we need?
You don’t need a detailed brief. We’ll work with you to understand your business, identify what’s holding you back, and build a clear plan around your goals.
